Payment terms
A pressing fee must be paid for with all flowers delivered or posted. Orders will not be accepted without the "Pressing Fee". 50% of the full order value must be paid before the picture is started. Full balance is to pay on collection. Postage, packing and carriage will be charged extra for those postal orders. We do suggest that you collect the finished picture as the larger pictures are too fragile to post by Royal Mail or Private Carrier. There is a 5% surcharge for credit card payments. No charges for debit card, cash or cheque made payable to: Julie Smith-Moorhouse
If you require a specific background you must advise us in advance of starting the picture otherwise backgrounds and mounts will be chosen by us to enhance the colour of your flowers
In some instances slight changes in the colour of certain flowers may occur during the pressing process. Slight variations in frame, backgrounds, mount colours may occur subject to availability.
